Goodbye September

Goodbye September

The past few months have been fun, fruitful and flown by. I have loved seeing how the Lord continues to direct my steps toward my Kingdom dream of a community center in this area.

Please continue to pray for the Lord’s direction in how to connect to the people here and what needs He wants to meet as well.

 ESL Classes

Teaching English as a second language

The Chapel where English classes are held; Andrew leading ESL.

The kids at ESL creating trees based on the story of Zacchaeus.

The Lord has been sending a consistent 8-12 ladies each week. This is double of our first set of classes we hosted in the spring. We also have run out of adult sized chairs! Praises!

If you would like to pray for the ladies, their names are: Janet, Martha, Sabina, Georgina, Cecilia, Margarita, Kita, Nora, Maria, Rosario

Prayers: Understanding of English and building friendships with them (Our ultimate goal is to begin Bible study groups with the ladies)

Each Tuesday, we meet at Jonathan and Rozy’s house to hang out with these middle and high school students. There is usually around 14 students who attend.

Prayers: Dedication to school and succeeding (The Lord is challenging me to begin tutoring the kids who want/need someone to help them); Desire to pursue a relationship with the Father in a daily way, not just salvation
